CONDITIONS OF USE
The customer who decides the purchase of goods on Alberti Collezioni, agrees to comply with the following conditions of use.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
To purchase goods on Alberti Collezioni, the Customer has to fill up the order module that the website will show.
The Customer does NOT need to pay at this stage.
After receiving your order module, we will send you an official Quotation (or Order Confirmation) document together with the exact price and expected delivery date (many products are on stock, but some of them are produced on reqeust). Once you receive our Order Confirmation, you can proceed with the payment via T/T or PAYPAL (all info are in the Order Confirmation documet).
No commitment on your part until you confirm the order with the payment.
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer or bank wire) This kind of payment can easily being performed via Home Banking directly from your computer or from your bank’s desk. ALWAYS remember to write the Order Confirmation number and your name in the details of your payment.
PayPal PayPal is the most common payment method on the Internet. By registering on Paypal website (www.paypal.com) you will be allowed to perform payments without giving your personal data and your card number. It’s the safest method for the buyer. Paypal will confirm you the payment via email.
Cancel an order To cancel an order you just need to send and email to info@alberticollezioni.it writing the your name and your Order Confirmation number.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is for free in Italy except minor islands and areas particulary hard to reach. In such cases, the shipping cost will be calculated and written on the Quotation (or Order Confirmation).
For destinations outside Italy the shipping cost will be calculated and written on the Quotation document (or you can ask for it via email).
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING OF GOODS
Alberti Collezioni deliver goods with the main forwarders. All goods have an insurance therefore, at receiving time, please, follow the following steps: – If the packagings is damaged, write “Goods unchecked” on the delivery document of the forwarder and contact Alberti Collezioni via email within 24 hours sending us detailed pictures of the packagings not open yet.
– If the packagings look good, you’d better to write “Goods unchecked” anyway on the delivery documents of the forwarder. Intact package does not always mean intact good inside. If goods look damaged, contact Alberti Collezioni via email within 24 hours sending us detailed pictures of the damaged goods.
– Keep intact the boxes used for the packaging of products (possibly serve to exercise the right of withdrawal).
– Note that we will be albe to replace damaged products ONLY if “Goods unchecked” has been written on the delivery document of the forwarder. We will send you replacings or money back upon reception of damaged products.
– NOTE: unless previously agreed, the forwarder will deliver goods to the ground floor only.
WARRANTY
All products purchased through Alberti Collezioni have a 24 months warranty as per Dlgs 206/05. The customer must keep invoice and delivery document during the warranty period.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products purchased through Alberti Collezioni can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods in the case has never been used as per DL n.185/99. To return goods, the Customer must send a request to return to info@alberticollezioni.it within 7 days from receipt.
Returned goods must be packed in the original packagings. Return costs are up to the Customer. The refund will take place as soon as we receive goods back in perfect conditions. Weared or used goods will not fe refunded

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with – and for the purposes of – Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/2007.
